I’m making a simple website for a client but, the client still needs to update the news content himself. I’ve been looking at wordpress as a solution, but can’t get the results I need by editing the CSS. Is it possible to take elements out of wordpress you want, put them in divs in my own documents and they would work just fine, like taking the box which displays new articles and transplanting into my own html wepage?

A Livermore man was giving an interview to local ABC news station in the San Francisco Bay Area about Open Carry when multiple officers from Livermore PD came “in response to a 911 call” about a man with a gun (MWAG). They proceeded to over react with a show of force and illegally search the man and detain. The Penal Code that the officers invoke to do the search is PC12031(e) and it is Constitutionally invalid and illegal. It will be challenged soon. A person can not be stopped and harassed by police while doing LEGAL things. The officers are misusing this penal code to go on a fishing expedition in hopes to incriminate the law abiding. Officers do not have Probable Cause here unless they can articulate facts that would lead a reasonable person to believe that crime is afoot.
