I have just bought of EBay a two cd pack( i know ) on how to maintain ,repair, upgrade your PC etc to read for my own interest . On doing a security test i found two (hacktools) on one disc i have checked on them with Norton security system and they are a very low risk. One is the disc safe to use two would it be safe to use if i was not connected to the internet
Also when the disc was running i tried to remove them all that happened was the security warning change to advice

Hi,

I have this idea for a food website but have no clue how to register an online business. Secondly, how does one legally ensure the name is approved? Also, if the website name is a ‘common phrase’ expression that refers to a marketing label but there are no companies using that label, then is it still valid?

For a hypothetical example: If I were to call my website www. superfoods. com knowing there is a company Sunshinehealth. com selling super foods, would that be OK?
