I hope somebody can help, i have a very specific idea what I want but not sure of the best route to go down.
I’m building a website where people post music play-lists, therefore I would for them to be able to create a simple user account, thus allowing them to post links to music.
Most importantly I want it to be fast and reliable, ensure that whatever they post fits neatly into the parameters set by me (eg how it displays on the page as per my style sheets etc) and its something that I can expand with functionality over time.
Bear in mind i’m starting out with website building, so I want something fairly user friendly. I’m guessing I might be going down the route of MySQL, Droopal etc. But would something that integrates with wordpress be a safer bet?
Any help would be very gratefully received!

I already hold an account at blogger, which is a blog site. I enjoyed it for a few months but I seem to be yearning for a change now. So, which blog site do you think is the best to use? I would really appreciate a site that would enable my blog page to look sleek and cool with different themes and with different applications. I did look at wordpress and I have seemed to like it. What do you guys think ?
And if I shift to another blog site, can the blogs I had on my page at blogger be transferred ?

My Pc has just been repaired,a new motherboard was needed. I am completely useless with computers,so know nothing what soever about them. What i would like to know is,is the new motherboard as good as the old one,because i am just taking the pc repairmans word for it that it is.

The new one is not specified on the invoice,it just states MSI Motherboard,is this just as good,because i do not think it is dual core. Does this make a drastic difference with pc efficiency if not of the same specification. If you can make head or tales of my question,i would be very grateful for any answers.
