Hi, i need to design a web page, but i have no money to do it so does anyone no of safe and good web page design software thati can use?? please help, i ahve been looking on teh net for days to no aid, thank you in advance xxx

have you tried microsoft front page? usually in your standard microsoft package, with word and excell. you may even already have it in your programs. if not you can download it from a file share site.
Honestly the best webdesign tools, are not WYSIWYG editors!
Dreamweaver is used greatly, not cause you can do anythin with out coding! Its used greatly because in Dreamweaver it checks if you used the right formatting, etc.
- I would use: NOTEPAD!
- Learn HTML real fast (theres TONS of websites, just google HTML lessons)
- Learn CSS (its the BEST styling device for HTML and it is very easy and fast to learn. Integrates well too)
- Remember this: when using notepad, when you save the file you must NOT save it with the . txt extention. In the box select All Files and save it as blahblah. html.
