Im currently making a website which provides tutorials to the public on how to fix common computer issues such as spyware, performance problems and customizing their system as well as reviews on software and hardware.

This will be a free service however i have seen a similar website offering free car advice and they have a premium rate text number, then if the information on the site or the tutorials in question were helpful to the end user they have the choice of donating to the site by texting a number i. e. 84425 and as a result the advice site gets £1. I really like this idea and i am wondering if anyone has any experience with “premium rate” text numbers.

The things i would like to know are:
The cost, would this be a monthly set cost i would pay a company or would this company just take a percentage of the charge. Does anyone have any prices (UK preferably)
I think this service is called a text aggregator is this true?
Does anyone know any reputable companies offering this service?
Would i be able to set this service up myself to cut out the middle man?
