Buy the web domain with a tm on the rear end. Like:

http://www. exampletm. com

Short and simple, you cannot. The domain name for a website is actually a domain name, and a domain name cannot have a superscript or parentheses in the name. Just like when you go to www. yahoo. com, it’s not www. yahoo(TM). com or something of the like.

If you own the domain name and it is registered, it does not need to be “trademarked” as no-one else can use it anyway.

i odnt know how but u can my friend (i guess) has it on his myspace as his display name

unless the company name is something like example. com then I dont believe you can actually trade mark the domain name.
The domain is like your letterhead, it is essentially company property but can not be trademarked unless it uses a name or symbol used to show that a product is made by a specific company and it can then be legally registered so that no other manufacturer can use it.
