how can I move my wordpress to another folder?

Ok so at the moment my wordpress blog is at www. myurl. com/blog
but I would like to move it to www. myurl. com
so that it is the first thing people land on when they visit my url.
How can i go about migrating my wordpress from the /blog folder to my homepage?
Any help appreciated.

Below are the steps you must follow,
1) Move all files and folders to the root directory.
2) Change WordPress and blog address from Settings > General
3) Check your permalinks settings and change if necessary from Settings > Permalinks
4) That’s it Happy Blogging!
Please note your previous permalinks may change.
