You could connect to a proxy server out of your home country (I am assuming Uk, since that is where B. B. C. is from. If you can’t find any, you could try Proxies from other countries that might work. Just google “Proxy server list”, or anything else that might get you a listing. Beware that not all proxy servers are very fast, many are slow, and not all do everything they should do.
You wont. You will be backtracked to show you are accessing from outside the UK. As regards the answer using proxies both sites block any proxy. It has to be a genuine UK ISP to access the system.
